This Thursday, Spoonful of India brings the authentic flavors of Odisha Thali, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Starters: For Veg Thali, meal begins with, Gobi Pakudi – crispy cauliflower fritters fried to golden perfection, and for Non-veg Besara Chicken – tender chicken cooked with mustard and traditional spices. Both thalis are served with Salad, flavorful Chutney, and refreshing Raita.

 

Main Course: In the vegetarian thali, Mooga Daali offers a comforting moong lentil preparation rich in traditional flavors, while Mix Veg Tarkari features seasonal vegetables cooked with aromatic spices.


For non-vegetarians, Chicken Kasa presents a rich and spicy chicken curry, while Machha Palanga Curry brings the delightful taste of fish cooked with spinach and traditional spices.


Both thalis are accompanied by Basmati Rice, and soft Roti, making the meal wholesome and satisfying.

Dessert: To complete the meal, Khiri – a rich and creamy traditional rice pudding – offers the perfect sweet finish, leaving a delightful taste of Odisha’s culinary heritage.
